“Through the Finger Lakes Internship Program, I have obtained an internship in the Human Resource Department at UltraLife Corporation. It’s a great opportunity to get outside of the classroom and into a professional work setting. At my internship I have been working on a variety of different projects including: a training database and new employee orientation. Not only do you get hands on experience in a particular environment and become part of a team, but you will also gain valuable knowledge in your field of study. I am learning something new every day and most of all I’m having fun doing it! I was lucky to have this program at my fingertips & would highly recommend it.
